    Different on purpose

    We hire people who see things differently. Engineers sit with designers, researchers and storytellers, and that's usually where new ideas start.서로 다르게 보는 사람들을 뽑아요. 엔지니어 옆에 디자이너가, 리서처 옆에 스토리텔러가 앉아 있고, 새로운 아이디어는 대개 거기서 나와요.

    Small teams, wide reach

    Teams are small enough to move quickly, and close enough to the rest of DYNGLE to borrow whatever they need.팀은 빠르게 움직일 수 있을 만큼 작아요. 그러면서도 뒹글의 다른 팀과 가까워서 필요한 걸 언제든 빌려 올 수 있어요.

    We share what we try, including the things that didn't work. That's how the next experiment gets better.해 본 건 다 공유해요. 잘 안 된 것까지요. 그래야 다음 실험이 나아지거든요.
